- The hot water tap in the hand sink in the back of the kitchen was broken. The paper towel dispenser in the hand sink in front of the cooking line was broken and there was no soap in the soap container over there either. Hand soap must be equipped at the hand sink area at all times. The facility manager advised that the broken parts for hot water tap and paper towel dispenser have been ordered.

- A container of honey without any labels was used to prepare foods for public consumption. The on site staff advised that it was obtained from a farmers' market. Ensure that food ingredients and foods deemed for public consumption must be from an approved source only. The honey was required to be removed during inspection.

- Some ready to eat foods were being stored together with raw chicken wings at the bottom shelving unit in one cooler in the back of the kitchen. Ready to eat foods must be stored separately from raw meats at all times to prevent potential contamination.
