- Observation: Various implements used a scoops are left in product for ongoing use including ingredient bins, ice machines, ready to eat product. (Public Health Significance) Improper scoops and scoop storage exposes items to bare hand contact and potential contamination.
- Corrective Action: Store scoops so that foods are not exposed to the handles or bare hand contact. Store food scoops in a sanitary manner and clean and sanitize them regularly.

- Observation: Observed raw shell eggs stored above ready-to-eat foods. Cracked raw shell eggs could leak and contaminate ready-to-eat foods stored below them.
- Corrective Action: Ensure that all raw animal proteins including raw shell eggs are stored below ready-to-eat foods.

- Observation: Observed take-out packaging and stainless steel inserts stored with their food contact surfaces facing up. This could lead to airborne contamination.
- Corrective Action: Ensure that food contact packaging are stored inverted to prevent airborne contamination.

- Observation: Concentration of bleach-water mixture measured more than 200 PPM. This could contaminate food and food handling utensils and be toxic to consumers.
- Corrective Action: Ensure that bleach water mixture is regularly tested and used at 100 PPM.
