- Washed and cleaned utensils were being stored under a paper towel dispenser. The inspector informed the staff/operator that this would lead to re-contamination of the utensils when the dispenser is being used, i.e. droplets of water from handwashing will be in contact with the utensils underneath. The utensils were removed. Please ensure to store cleaned utensils away from dispensers or conditions that may result to re-contamination.

All scoops should be stored away from the food product or in a separate food-safe container, then cleaned and sanitized daily, to prevent the risk of contamination of the bulk ingredients. The scoops were removed.
