- Observation(s): mini fridge by coffee maker was 9C, no temperature log is taken, no thermometer was present, all items in this fridge were discarded

- Observation(s): scoops for dry goods are stored so handles are directly touching food, obtain a container to place scoops in once bags of food are open they need to be stored in pest proof containers. if emptying bags into these containers, the containers MUST be food grade material and not the all purpose Rubbermaid's (opened bags of food can be place directly in these containers)

- Observation(s): ensure all equipment is being washed in the back 3 compartment sink using the 3 compartment sink method which include sanitizing. the front sinks are only one compartment and not to be used for warewashing
