      • The valid food handling permit was not posted. Informed operator who posted in the permit in a location that is visible to the public.

      • -The sanitizer solution on the counter was measured at 50 ppm Quats.Action taken:-Staff member was instructed to prepare fresh sanitizer solution (200 ppm).
    • 07. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • -One of the preparation cooler covers (made up of glass) was broken and had cracks. Action required:-Staff member was instructed to replace the broken cover as the glass pieces could fall into the food stored inside the prep. cooler and could cause serious hazard.
