- The light levels in the freezer reefer truck were too low to safely transport items into and out of the truck. Management indicated that they have contacted the company who operates the truck to ask for assistance in lighting up the interior. In the interim, they will always have staff members access the truck in pairs to ensure safety of personnel. Ensure that a permanent solution is implemented so that lighting levels are high enough to safely utilize the equipment and maintain sanitary condition.
