- It was observed that numerous fly insects are in the facility. Steps to be taken to remediate this concern:1. This evening when the premises is closed, physically remove all flies from the facility. This process shall be completed each evening at closure. 2. Ensure the screen covering the food display case entry is closed to prevent pest entry. 3. Ensure the mechanical air curtain at the drive through window is repaired. 4. Ensure the UV light traps are in proper working order. 5. Ensure the solid waste bins on the premises exterior and emptied on a routine basis. If the bins require a pest control spraying or change it, please complete this task.

- Pest control sticky fly traps observed directly in a food preparation area. During the inspection this pest control device was moved to a non-food preparation area.

- A plastic equipment storage bin was observed to have a build-up of organics. During the inspection the bin was cleaned and sanitized.

There is no ice contamination. Please repair the ice machine and ensure all equipment surfaces are intact, smooth and easily cleanable.

In the meantime, reusable ware is manually washed, rinsed and sanitized. 2. A hand sink is not working at this time. This equipment is scheduled for repair. At this time there are other handwashing sinks for hand hygiene completion. 3. The ice machine surfacing is covered with duct tape with the tape holding an equipment piece in place.
