- Observed food handler working at the donut station not change gloves frequently. Food handler was educated as well as instructed to wash hands and change gloves.Ensure glove use policy is in place. Glove use does not replace hand washing. Hands must be washed prior to wearing gloves and must be discarded after each task.

- Front counter: tea stand was blocking the soap dispenser. Tea stand was relocated. Ensure hand washing sink is never blocked and is easily accessible for hand washing by food handlers.
