- Frozen chili packets were placed in the hot holding unit in an attempt to thaw. The packets temperature was measured approximately -3.6°C.- The operator was instructed to immediately remove the frozen chili packets from the warming unit.- Thaw all foods using safe methods: In a cooler at 4°C or below, under cold running water, or during the cooking process.
