- *Caulking at the front hand washing sink area was not in good repair.*Couple of tiles were broken and missing on the floor at the back door.*Staff washroom in the back was not in good repair. Hole on the wall under the sink open due to plumbing access, and paint chipping on the walls. Temporary cover can be placed on the wall to prevent pest entry that way there will be still access to plumbing. *There was a small leak under the dishwasher, there was bucket left to hold the water. * Couple of the leather chairs in the dining area, surfaces of chairs were not in good repair. Please make sure repairs are completed.

Please make sure cleaning is done. * Bucket under the dishwasher for holding the water from the leak, was almost full. Please make sure remind the staff to empty the bucket often until the repairs are completed. Monitor the leak.
