      • The internal food temperature at the front food prep cooler well observed to be at 41.9 F. Please adjust the above noted cooler to ensure its temperature remains at 40 F or colder at all times.

      • Observed ice build- up on fan covers in walk-in freezer. Please clean the fan cover.
