(a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
- Clean the floors to remove food debris from under the back prep table and under the espresso/coffee/sink area in the front service area.

- Clean and sanitize the following areas where a few rodent droppings were observed: on the floor under the dry storage shelves and in the back corner of the cabinet under the espresso machine.
