- Handwash sinks in the drive-through window area and the sink located to the right of the service line were being used as dump sinks for coffee and ice. Handwash sinks must remain accessible and separate from dump sinks to prevent cross-contamination and ensure proper hand hygiene practices.Please assign a designated fully stocked (soap and paper towels) handwash sink in the indicated area and post signage to avoid confusion between employees.
