      • Handwash sink was obstructed.Operator removed the coffee container during the inspection.Ensure the hand wash sink is easily accessible for hand hygiene at all times.

      • Cover of the light fixture in the walk-in freezer is missing. - Reinstall the light cover or use light tube sheaths to prevent food contamination in the event of the fixture breakage.

      • A disposable, plastic cup was observed to be in use for scooping ice in a bin near the drive-thru window. Please do not use cups/glasses as they may break off pieces and are not as sanitary as using an ice scoop with a handle. Manager instructed staff to remove the cup and use the scoop provided.
