      • Areas with exposed or damaged particle board surfaces requiring deep cleaning, repair or replacement were noted during the inspection, including the back and bottom of the cabinets in the drive-thru coffee station. Please assess all other remaining cabinetry and ensure that all surfaces are smooth, non-absorbent, easy to clean, in sanitary condition and maintained in good repair.
