      • High Temperature dishwasher was only able to achieve 69 degrees Celsius at the plate level. The manifold was only achieve a temperature of 75 degrees Celsius.Facility will manually sanitize all dishes and utensils until dishwasher is repaired and it is confirmed that a temperature of 71 degrees Celsius is able to be obtained at the dish level.
