      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front of the house hand sink is plugged and not draining waste water adequately. Repair required.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure to repair front of the house hand washing sink so it can drain and allow staff to wash hands adeqautely. In the mean time use second available hand sink to wash hands during service. Repair of front sink required this week.
