- During the inspection, staff was observed performing hand hygiene in the front service hand wash sink that had no soap. Staff washed hands without the use of soap**Ensure that staff at this facility are educated on proper hand hygiene practice to prevent contamination of food.

- A mop bucket containing dirty water was stored in the back food prep area next to the sugar bin.**Ensure that janitorial items are stored away from food prep area to prevent potential contamination of food

- Eggs were noted to be stored at room temperature at the back prep area. There was no time stamp on the crates of eggs. Staff in the facility stated eggs are brought out in the morning and returned to the cooler after breakfast menu is over at 4:00pm. Temperature of the egg was probed at 26.3 degrees C. The eggs were discarded during the inspection.**Ensure that eggs stored at room temp have time stamp on them to indicated time eggs were taken out of cooler.**Ensure that high risk foods are stored at 4 degrees C or below at all times.**Maximum temperature for storing eggs should be maintained at 7 degrees C and below.**Eggs stored at room temperature for more than 1 hour (As per TPHC policy) should be discarded.
