- Observation: Sandwich cooler not able to maintain a temperature of 4 C or below.
- Bottom section of cooler ambient air temperature was 7 C at the start of inspection and then 9 C at the end of the inspection.
- Top section of cooler with inserts was 10 C. Facility was busy during the time of inspection and food in inserts gets used quickly.
- Corrective Action(s): Only store potentially hazardous foods in this cooler for a maximum of 2 hours until cooler is repaired and can maintain a temperature of 4 C or below at all times.
- Note: Manager called in service technician to repair cooler. Technician scheduled to come today.
