- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- The hot holding station with high-risk foods (cooked soupe) was measured at 48.6°C, which is below the required limit of 60°C and above. The time stamp on one of the soupes indicated that it was placed in the hot holding station for more than 2 hours. Manager onsite voluntarily discarded the soupe immediately.While onsite the hot holding unit was observed to not supply sufficient heat. The temperature was adjusted, and staff onsite will continue to monitor the unit routinely.

- The men's washroom was not equipped with soap during the inspection. Once notified, soap was provided.
