- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- A few mouse droppings were noted on the floor below the egg station near the back door, and the floor area across from the egg station, under racks/shelving unit next to back door. Areas are to be cleaned and sanitized as discussed. Notify your pest control company to implement additional monitoring/control stations. Recommend installing some weather stripping along the bottom interior of the door to the kitchen.

- Large section of duct tape used to cover the area in front of where cups are stored, behind the front counter. Duct tape must be removed as it is not smooth, impervious to moisture, easy to clean and in good repair.
