- An empty milk crate was found on top of the hand sink at the beginning of the inspection. Staff are to not store anything inside or around the hand sink. This is to ensure it is accessible at all times for hand washing. Corrected.

- Food debris and spills noted inside the old cup insert station that is not in use, underneath and inside cabinets. Garbage bins noted to have built up around them. All hard-to-reach areas require equipment and items pulled out and cleaning and sanitizing. This includes walls and sides of equipment and cabinets.
