      • Temperatures of all the coolers, freezer/refrigerator were in compliance with Food Regulation except the hot holding unit present at the front part. Hot holding unit was measured at 52C. Staff was instructed to increase the temperature.After some time, another reading was taken, 60C.

      • No paper towel was available in the paper towel dispenser at the handsink beside the swing door. The operator re-supplied paper towel in the dispenser.

      • Updated pest control records were not available. The operator printed the records onsite.
