    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • There was an accumulation of debris around the grease interceptor under the dishwashing sink.Clean the floor including the hard-to-reach areas.

    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Shell eggs in the cooler measured 19.4C. The cooler was unplugged.Two flats of eggs were discarded. Store shell eggs at 7c or less under refrigeration.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Spray bottles were greasy.Clean spray bottles.

    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Cartons of milk in front display cooler measured 10-11C (destroyed). Staff advised they had been delivered approx half hour before inspection. Please ensure perishable foods are temp controlled during delivery.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Not all staff were sanitizing food equipment/utensils. Staff was rinsing items in 1st comp, washing and rinsing in 2nd comp, then air drying in 3rd comp. There was no drainboard or rack. Please ensure staff conduct wash, rinse, sanitize in designated compartments and air dry on sanitary surface. Please install a drain rack/drainboard.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Corner hand sink was obstructed by rack of bagels and garbage container.. It was impossible to reach for paper towel dispenser. All hand washing stations must be easily accessible - please reposition equipment and do not obstruct.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Lid for ice machine was damaged and ice was not protected against contamination. Please repair ice machine lid.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • There was some food spillage/debris under the corner hand sink cabinet/grease trap area. Please clean.
