    • 205 - Critical Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
      • Observation: Potentially hazardous cold foods (milk and whipped toppings) were stored at above 4°C. The internal temperature measured using probe thermometer was recorded at 8.5°C. (Public Health significance) - All potentially hazardous foods must be stored at below 4°C or above 60°C - out of the danger zone to prevent bacterial growth and food borne illness.
      • Corrective Action: All potentially hazardous cold foods in the bar fridge were discarded at the time of inspection. Ensure that the bar fridge is not used to store perishable food items until it is able to maintain the temperature at or below 4°C. Monitor the temperature every 2 hours after that.
