      • During the inspection, a washed tomato slicer was observed being kept in the handwashing sink for drying.Handwashing sinks must remain unobstructed and readily accessible at all times to support proper hand hygiene. Using the sink for storage or equipment drying may discourage effective handwashing and increase the risk to food safety. Equipment moved and corrected during inspection. Consider installing or utilizing designated racks or shelving for drying washed utensils and equipment to prevent misuse of handwashing sinks.

      • -Moisture accumulation was observed under a counter. Soaked cardboard and black debris consistent with potential mold growth were noted.Please remove and discard the cardboard and any other water-damaged materials identified on-site. Thoroughly clean and sanitize the affected area using approved methods. Identify and correct the source of moisture to prevent recurrence. Maintain the area in a clean, dry, and sanitary condition at all times to ensure food safety.- Unclean area between equipment found with stains of dry food debris. Please Clean and sanitize all areas between and around equipment, including hard-to-reach surfaces. Follow routine cleaning schedule to ensure these areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times
