    • 205 - Critical Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Multiple pack of uncooked bacon was stored in room temperature sitting on top of table behind the grill. Temperature was measured at 10°C and operator said that it was out for less than 2 hours. Potentially hazardous food like bacon must be stored at below 4°C or above 60°C - out of the danger zone to prevent pathogen growth to limit foodborne illness.
      • Corrective Action: Operator moved bacon back to working refrigeration. Please only take out a small amount of bacon. Uncooked bacon remained in room temperature for more than two hours should be discarded.
    • 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
      • Observation: Frozen dripping from freezer condenser can be observed on boxes of food, freezer ceiling and floor. Dripping water from the freezer may contaminate food products and result in slipping hazards.
      • Corrective Action: Operator to move all food items store under freezer condenser unit to another location until freezer is repaired or replaced.
    • 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
      • Observation: One of the cutting board on the prep cooler has many dents and cerves. Damaged equipment cannot be clean peroperly, small creves allows for pathogen growth, increasing risk of cross contamination and foodborne illness.
      • Corrective Action: Operator to resurface or replace prep cooler cutting board.
