    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Staff personal bags/effects were stored on top of boxes of food and food packaging materials. Please provide separate area where foods/food surfaces are not contaminated where staff can safely store personal items.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Cups of milk/cream for beverages were stored at room temp. Temp of milk/cream from cups ranged 21-23C (destroyed). Staff advised this was standard procedure by staff to not have cream/milk dispensed directly from Sureshot machine. Keep cold perishable foods at 4C or lower.
    • 17. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Critical)?
      • Chemical lines were reversed in 2 comp dishwashing sinks. As the drainboard is located on the left side, please ensure that detergent line is supplied above the first sink (right compartment), and sanitizer line is over the left compartment.
