- Observation: Food, cut vegetables and meat measured at 7-9 C in Sandwich cooler. It was noted that temperature did not change to a cooler stay during this inspection. Operator discarded some food with more than 2 hour time stamp. Monitoring of this unit required.

- - Discard any potentially hazardous food that stays in the unit above 4C for more than 2 hours.
- - Repair this unit so that food can be maintained at or below 4 C (40F) in lower and upper sections of the unit.
