      • Observation: Food, cut vegetables and meat measured at 7-9 C in Sandwich cooler. It was noted that temperature did not change to a cooler stay during this inspection. Operator discarded some food with more than 2 hour time stamp. Monitoring of this unit required.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • - Discard any potentially hazardous food that stays in the unit above 4C for more than 2 hours.
      • - Repair this unit so that food can be maintained at or below 4 C (40F) in lower and upper sections of the unit.
      • - Ensure to record temperature accurately twice daily. Keep records for review. Staff to accurately record temperature for this unit.

      • 5- Hot water tap in coffee machine noted leaking. Water splashes to surfaces around. Repair the tap.
