- Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizing is being done as per manufacturer's instructions. Wash equipment more frequently to avoid backlog of equipment at the three compartment sinks. Provide a written plan on how to avoid backlog and ensure all staff are aware of how to properly wash and sanitize equipment. Correct by May 5, 2025.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rice stored in hot holding unit was measured at 46.9C of internal temperature. Hot, potentially hazardous foods, such as rice, must be hot held and maintained at or above 60C
- Corrective Action(s): Staff was advised to reheat the rice to 74C (165F) or hotter before keeping in hot holding unit, and maintain food at or above 60C. A probe thermometer was available to monitor food temperature as needed.
