- Temperature of preparation cooler is recorded 11 degrees Celsius (recorded by operator at the time of inspection). Operator does not have appropriate temperature record for this cooler. One of the thermometers used by the operator earlier found not working. Operator discarded all the high-risk food at the time of inspection. Operator is advised to repair the cooler so that it can maintain its temperature at 4 degrees Celsius or below. Operator advised not to use this cooler to store high-risk food until this cooler is repaired.
