      • OBSERVED A LEAK FROM THE LIGHT FIXTURE IN THE REAR DISHWASHING AREA. THE LEAK CREATED A POOL OF WATER IN THE DISHWASHING AREA. ALSO, OBSERVED A LEAK UNDER THE UTILITY SINK (ONE COMPARTMENT SINK) NEXT TO THE THREE-COMPARTMENT SINK IN THE DISHWASHING AREA. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR SAID LEAKS AND MAINTAIN.

      • OBSERVED DAMAGED WALL BASES ON THE WALLS NEAR THE THREE-COMPARTMENT SINK AND UNDER THE THREE-COMPARTMENT SINK. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR SAID WALL BASES IN ORDER TO ELIMINATE POTENTIAL HARBORAGE POINTS FOR PEST AND TO MAKE THE SURFACE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
