      • 1) Clorox Cleaner and Bleach chemical without a drug Identification Number (DIN) was used to clean the foot tub. 2) No disinfectant to disinfect hard surfaces. 1 to 2) Provide a disinfectant with a DIN such as Lysol disinfectant wipes with a DIN or PREempt RTU/wipes to disinfect hard surfaces.

      • Found a bottle of chemical in the closet without a label. Do not use this product.

      • 1) Saran wrap was used to cover the manicure LED light.Remove wrap and clean it when it gets dirty.2) Client chair was made with cloth fabric that can't be cleaned. Provide a surface that can be cleaned and disinfected.3) Clutter was noted inside both rooms' closets. Clean both closets.4) Personal items were stored with service items.Clean the drawers and separate personal and service items.5) Lotion pumps were covered in dried lotion. Clean the pumps.
