- One brick of mouldy cheese was observed.Manager discarded the mouldy brick of cheese. Ensure that food condition is monitored and food that is mouldy or otherwise unfit for consumption is removed from shelves.
- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- Temperatures of some of the cheese products in coolers on the west side of the facility measured between 9-15 degrees Celsius.Manager went through and removed and discarded any product above 4 degrees Celsius. Either stock less product or have the cooler checked for deficiencies. Ensure that all cold perishable food is maintained at 4 degrees Celsius or less at all times.

- There was no hand soap available in the west washroom.Manager refilled the soap dispenser during inspection. Ensure that soap dispensers are checked regularly and refilled as necessary.
