- Food safe sanitizer was unavailable at the time of the inspection. Please ensure to use an approved food safe sanitizer, such as bleach, for food contact surfaces.To mix bleach sanitizer at a 100-ppm concentration: mix 1/2 tsp of bleach in 1L of water. Please ensure to use a test strip to verify the concentration of the sanitizer. A document on how to mix a food safe sanitizer will be sent with the report.

- A water sample was last submitted in September 2022.Please ensure bacteriological water samples are submitted annually at the health center in Beaverlodge on Tuesdays between 8:30 am and 11:30 am. The PHI took a sample on November 21, 2023 at 11:00 am. Results are pending.
