      • Disinfectant test strips were available, but the log sheet was not being maintained.Printed copy of the log was available and the operator began entering the records

      • Several drawers were filled with miscellaneous items that are not sure if they are used for the business. Please clean the drawers and organize these drawers.

      • The wax pad surface used for waxing does not meet the definition of a smooth surface, as folding the pad causes wrinkles that render the pad not smooth and easily cleanable. Please provide a smooth surface for waxing to allow for easy cleaning.
