     • Diapering disinfectant at 50ppm QUAT. Ensure that diapering disinfectant is at 400ppm QUAT for effective disinfection. New solution was made and 400ppm QUAT achieved.
   • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
     • The handrails leading from the main floor to the basement child-care area are a little loose and wobbly.Please tighten the handrails to provide proper support and prevent injury.
