- Three (3) sticky fly papers were observed in the food bank - asked Staff to remove from the ceiling and was corrected during the inspection (CDI) - thank you.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- Observed ceiling light fixture in office area - two (2) of the light tubes were non-functioning/burnt out and there is also no light cover - please correct this and would be the responsibility of the property owner.
