Corrective Action: Safely remove any droppings: spray down affected areas with strong sanitizer solution (125 mL bleach per litre water), let stand 5 minutes, remove with paper towel. Regularly inspect the premises. If there are signs of pest activity, take action as appropriate to reduce/eliminate the pest population and manage risk (increase clean-sanitize frequency, protect food product etc.).
