      • The back food preparation area does not have access to liquid hand soap in a suitable dispenser. There is a door in between this area and the nearest equip handwashing sink. Provide handwashing supplies for back food preparation area and ensure that one of the compartment sinks remains accessible and available for use. Alternately, remove door separating food preparation kitchen from front service area.
