      • - The affected lot was discarded before PHI's arrival, but half of the garbage bin was still available in the facility.- The manager took a few pictures of discarded dry noodle (bugs are visible in the pictures) and he also verbally confirmed that dead bugs were present in the packages. The affected lot was either sold or discarded.- New lot was checked for bugs during inspection and no bugs were observed in the packages. - The left over from affected lot and new lot were put hold for further investigation.

      • It was observed that a staff member was washing mop bucket and mop in a two-compartment stainless steel sink in produce/fruit cutting room/area. - The room/area has a two compartment sink and a designated hand washing sink.- Use a designated mop sink for discarding dirty water and washing mops.
