    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • Some ceiling tiles were missing and some baseboards were not fully installed in the following rooms as the facility was finishing up AC installation: preschool B2, preschool A2, preschool A1, junior toddler, and baby 2. Replace the missing ceiling tiles and ensure the baseboards are fully installed after the AC installation.

      • Some ceiling tiles were missing and some baseboards were not fully installed in the following rooms as the facility was finishing up AC installation: preschool B2, preschool A2, preschool A1, junior toddler, and baby 2. Replace the missing ceiling tiles and ensure the baseboards are fully installed after the AC installation.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • Play fridges were observed to not be stable in preschool rooms B1 and B2. Secure the play fridges to the wall to prevent it from toppling over.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • The water temperature throughout all fixtures measured to be around 28°C. The operators stated that the water tank needs to be replaced. Ensure the hot water system is functioning properly and that the water at all faucets measure 37-43°C to facilitate handwashing.
    • 27. Are proper measures being taken to ensure that vermin do not enter or exist in the facility (Non-Critical)?
      • A gap was observed at the bottom of the door leading to the outside play area. Install weather stripping at the bottom of the door.
