    • 301 - Critical Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Sponges and foams used for dish washing were dirty and not properly stored in sanitizing agents (Public Health Significance). Sponges when wet and dirty can be a breeding ground for bacterial growth and encourage contamination of dishware leading to potential food borne illness.
      • Corrective Action: Operator removed and discarded the sponges and foam immediately
