- There were some plates being stored under one of the sinks in the servery. Please remove plates from this area to prevent contamination if there is a leak from the wastewater line.
- 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
- The bar area has a lot of empty boxes, etc. on the ground, awaiting recycling. Please ensure these items are removed.
