      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Liquid soap wall-mount dispenser for the kitchen handwash station was out of soap.
      • Corrective Action(s): Staff refilled the wall-mount dispenser at time of inspection but was still unable to dispense soap. In the meantime, a liquid soap pump dispenser is placed at this handsink to allow for adequate hand washing. Ensure all handwash stations are maintained and fully supplied with liquid soap and paper towel for proper hand hygiene.
