Confirmed that the previous operator (Diane Weaver) did receive this food permit (via email) and subsequently will need to be printed + posted in the dining room area.Finally, for food permit purposes, have been provided the email address for the Arts Guild for future issuing of the annual food handling permit.

- As discussed today, operator is to purchase a fly light control device and is required to be installed in the kitchen facility for more effective pest control.Operator was encouraged to purchase on-line (e.g. - Amazon) and the unit purchased should be meant for a food establishment purpose.FINDINGS ON MAY 14, 2025:Above task not completed as of today - have reviwed/shown the specific fly light control device to purchase and install in the kitchen facility for more effective fly control/management.

- Discussed with the operator that the final sanitzing step is carried out in the mechanical dishwasher; however, could not confirm the chemical utilized for this final step.Once confirmed, you can then purchase the appropriate test strip paper (e.g. - chlorine) to measure and ensure correct concentration is being utilized.

- Observed a significant number of flies in the kitchen facility during the inspection.Moving forward, a fly light control device should be purchased and installed in the kitchen for more effective fly control. The device can be purchased from a professional exterminator or on-line and requires an electrical outlet since it is a light device.
