    • 21. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Critical)?
      • October 2, 2025A device was installed to bring down the temperatures of the handwash sink; however, they were still testing at 56C.Please adjust the water temperatures to the recommended temperature of 43C.----------The handwashing sinks located in rooms 5/6, and 9 were tested using a probe thermometer and read 58C.Please ensure the temperature of all handwash sinks including washrooms used by children from the program are adjusted to a maximum of 54C. It is recommended that handwash sinks are set to 43C.

      • 1) The baseboards were observed to be peeling from the wall under the windows in the lounge area.Please repair the indicated area.2) Water-stained ceiling tiles were observed throughout the Hive room.Please address the source of the leaks and repaint or replace the ceiling tiles.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • Expired alcohol swabs were observed in the first aid kit located in the Hive Room.Please discard the expired alcohol swabs and replace them with ones within their expiry date.

      • The sofa located in the Innovators Room was observed to be soiled with dirt and debris.Please deep clean the sofa and install a removable cover that can be easily laundered.
    • 21. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Critical)?
      • The handwashing sinks located in rooms 5/6, and 9 were tested using a probe thermometer and read 58C.Please ensure the temperature of all handwash sinks including washrooms used by children from the program are adjusted to a maximum of 54C.
