- Main kitchen: Cleaning was done since the previous inspection, however there was still some food debris build up in the following areas:a) On the floor in the dry storage room.b) On the floor in the dishwashing area.c) On the outside of food containers that were stored on open shelves under prep counters.c) On the floor around the metal grate.-Please conduct more frequent thorough cleaning in the main kitchen.

- There were some fruit flies in the main floor garden lounge breakfast room.-Please consult with the pest control company on contract to eradicate the flies.

- There was some food debris build up in the following areas:a) Main kitchen: on the floor under and around equipment in the dishwashing area.b) Main kitchen: on the outside of food containers that were stored on open shelves under prep counters.c) Main floor garden lounge and 2nd floor tower breakfast lounge: In the cupboards under the sinks and in some drawers.-Please thoroughly clean the noted areas.

- Used wiping cloths were seen sitting on counters on the prep line as well as in the dishwashing area.-Please store wiping cloths in a sanitizer solution while not in use.
- 05. Do food handlers refrain from handling food while ill and have acceptable attire and hygiene?
- 1. Coffee cups were seen on the food prep station and in one of the prep sinks. One staff water bottle was sitting on the counter beside the soup pot.-Please review safe hydration policies and storage of water bottles with staff.2. Used gloves were found sitting on a few shelves in the dishwashing area and staff were seen touching their masks with gloves on.-Please discard all used gloves and change gloves frequently. Review glove use policies with staff.

- There was some food debris build up in some areas in the kitchen including the plastic wrap dispensers, on the shelves in the dishwashing area, and on the soap dispenser at the hand wash sink. Some of the drawers also had a buildup of debris.-Please clean the noted areas and clean and organize the drawers in the kitchen.

- There were some missing ceiling tiles around the grill in the main kitchen.-Please replace the missing tiles.

- 1. There was some mildew on the silicone around the dishwasher.-Please thoroughly clean the area and replace silicone if necessary.2. There was some dust build up around the vents on the ceiling in the main kitchen.-Please clean the ceiling tiles.
