     • Observation: Rodent feces observed on floors underneath dishwashing area (along the wall) and a large buildup of rodent feces in the storage closet with the boiler. This was shown to staff member during inspection.
     • Corrective Action(s): 1) Remove/clean up all rodent feces
     • 2) Contact pest control for a visit immediately. Follow all recommendations from the pest control company.
     • 3) Send a copy of the invoice/report to district EHO once they have visited.
