- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer buckets measured above 500 ppm (maximum on test strips). Comparison tested with high strength strips and measured 800 ppm. Tested main feed at similar concentration. Discussed with staff.
- Corrective Action(s): Have chemical supply company recalibrate system to ensure 200 to 400 ppm consistently feeds out of dispenser.
- **As temporary fix dilute solution coming out of main dispenser to achieve 200 to 400 ppm. Make large batch in third dish sink to have available for staff use through longer portions of the day.
- OR: Implement a rinse step to sanitizing processes.
- Send email with pics when calibration completed and system is functioning properly.
